WE ACTUALLY DO OUR OWN POWDER COATING:

Once we got into building custom bicycles, we realized right away, the limitations and lack of options when it comes to customizing the color of your bike. We tried contracting out our powder coating but just wasn't happy with the quality and scheduling. So we purchased our own powder coating system and handle everything in house. Depending on the time of year, our schedule just doesn't allow at once powder coating service so only plan on using this service if you know you can be without your loyal steed for 2-4 weeks. These lead times may increase during our busy season, March - August.
